iControl provides off-site, remote support and uses SkyFex Remote Assistant which provides a secure connection to your BackOffice PC.

What is SkyFex?

SkyFex Remote Assistant is online service that allows watching and control of remote computer in real time. This is a secure service which does not require additional software installation or configuration and works transparently through proxy/firewall and NAT networks.

SkyFex is a Windows based service and requires Internet Explorer to run it.
No special knowledge is necessary to work with the service. You can start using it immediately without preliminary training.
